Return & Refund Policy – Katyal Home Appliances
At Katyal Home Appliances, we take pride in delivering only genuine and tested home and kitchen appliances. Each product is thoroughly inspected, quality-checked, and carefully packed before dispatch. Our return policy ensures fairness for both customers and our business. Please read the following terms carefully before initiating a return:
🕓 Return Eligibility Window
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Customers need to provide proof of purchase, like the original invoice or receipt.
- After 4 days, return requests will not be processed under any circumstances.
- Once the returned item reaches us, it will go under a thorough quality inspection to verify its condition.
- Only after successful inspection, the refund will be processed as wallet credit to your Katyal Home Appliances account.
📦 Mandatory Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be strictly met:
- Product must be completely unused and should be in the original packaging.
- No signs of operation, handling, or wear. Used or tested products will not be accepted.
- All original parts and accessories must be included.
- The product must be returned in 100% original condition, with:
- All jars, blades, lids, clamps, screws, rods, and attachments
- User manual and warranty card (if provided)
- Original product box and protective packaging
- The product must be returned in 100% original condition, with:
- No missing or damaged components.
- If even one component (e.g., fan rod, jar lid, motor base, remote, screws) is missing or damaged, the return will be immediately rejected.
- Packaging must be intact.
- Return the item in its original packaging, along with any foam/bubble wraps or protective materials provided at the time of delivery.
- Security Labels Must Be Intact (if applicable).
- If tamper-proof stickers or seals are broken, the return will be declined.
📹 Unboxing Video Requirement
In case of a claim regarding missing parts or in-transit damage, we recommend that customers:
- Record an unboxing video in one continuous shot, showing the opening of the sealed package.
- Ensure all parts are visible in the video for verification.
Missing part or damage claims without video proof may not be entertained.
❌ Return Will NOT Be Accepted If:
- The product shows any signs of use or installation.
- Any component is missing, broken, or replaced.
- The product is returned without its original packaging or in poor condition.
- Return is initiated within 2 days of delivery.
- Customer fails to provide necessary proof of issue (e.g., video, images).
💰 Refund Process
- Once the returned item passes our strict quality check, the refund will be processed as wallet credit to your Katyal Home Appliances account. We do not refund delivery and shipping fees in the return process.
- No cash refunds will be issued.
- Wallet credit is valid for future purchases and does not expire.
✅ Final Inspection & Approval for return
Our quality control team’s decision will be final and binding in all such cases.
Katyal Home Appliances reserves the right to inspect and verify every returned product.
If the product is found to be used, tampered with, incomplete, or not matching the original dispatch, the return will be rejected, and no refund will be provided.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
